POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for being a key point of contact for supplier management and development of agriculture raw materials in the respective areas.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Development of direct fruit farmers to meet business quantities
• Farm advisory to farmers & implementation of Good Agri Practices to ensure sustainability for supply
• Develop traceability of fruit till fruits farms
• Implement regenerative agriculture practices at fruit farms
• Innovate the production system with precision agriculture tools & methodologies
• Network with relevant agriculture departments and other market stake holders to help farmers in better fruit yield

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?

• Degree in Agriculture (specialization in Agronomy, Horticulture)
• At least 2 years of experience in agricultural services or providing advisory services to farmers
• Knowledge of agro chemicals (fertilizers & pesticides)
• Understanding on traceability of food materials till farm level
• Sourcing experience of agriculture commodities
